Single Phase Transformer
Range : Up to 100 KVA, Up to 33 KV class
We are supplying single phase transformer , 50 Hz, oil cooled, pole mounted and platform mounted, double wound-copper and aluminium wound, step up and step down core type transformer ranging from 5 KVA to 100 KVA up to 33 KV Class. Normally in a single-phase transformer, round tanks are used. These single-phase transformers are capable to withstand vacuum and oil leakage tests. The core so formed has rectangular cross section and accordingly the LV and the HV coils have rectangular geometry. Whereas enamelled copper conductor is used for the HV winding, paper cover or enamelled rectangular strips are used for the low voltage windings. The insulation is designed to withstand the specified impulse level. The coils are progressively wound, the HV being wound directly on the LV coil. This ensures that the coils are rigid, compact and have high mechanical and dielectric strength. Such winding ensures better short circuit withstand capability for the transformer. The result is a single coil structure having high strength, which prevents movement of conductor of the coil in the event of any short circuits on the transformer during its operation

Distribution Transformer
Range: Up to 1000KVA, Up to 11 KV class We supply oil filled distribution transformer outdoor and indoor type, 3 phase, 50 Hz, oil immersed, conventional bolted cover, ONAN cooled, pole and platform mounted, double wound with Cu conductor, step up, core type continuous duty transformers with + 2.5% to - 7.5% taps on HT side for HT variation and leads to be brought out on off circuit tap changing switch with locking device and outside indicator arrangement and connected in delta/star as per Vector group ref. Dyn11. These distribution transformer are installed in a 3 phase distribution network (usually as a part of urban / institutional requirements) and are used by electricity distribution companies, public utilities, farms, factories, multiplexes and real estate ventures for further distribution or captive power requirements. The liquid filled transformers can be supplied with cooling either by corrugations on the side of the tank or pressed steel radiators mounted on tank body. We also customize our transformer according to the demands of the customer.
Pole Mounted Transformer:
The transformer is mounted on four pillars at a height above the surface of the earth. The pole-mounted transformers are normally supplied for ratings up to 400 KVA.
Trolley Mounted Transformer:
The transformer in mounted on a trolley fitted with wheels, so that it can be easily taken from one place to another. The trolley-mounted transformers are very convenient in transferring the transformer from one place to another. These types of transformers are normally supplied for ratings up to 2000KVA.
Ratio Transformer
Normally the double ratio transformer are supplied with a single voltage ratio (like 11/0.433KV, 33/0.433KV, 22/0.433KV, 11/0.550KV, 33/11KV etc.) but in some cases we need transformer which have double voltage ratio like (11-6.6/0.433, 11-3.3/0.433KVetc.)This type of transformer can work on any incoming voltage i.e. 11KV or 6.6KV and will give the same output i.e. 433V.
Power Transformer
Range: Up to 10 MVA, Up to 33 KV class
The power transformer supplied by us are known for excellent performance. The power transformers supplied by us are made under stringent quality control program and we assure the use of raw materials of highest standards. We have a very dedicated team for designing of power transformer and we have also type tested our transformer from time to time at government laboratory to establish our design. Further, transformer can be supplied with the desired tappings for positive/negative voltage variation with either OFF circuit or ON load tap changers We can also supply intermediate sizes with non-standard voltage ranges as per customer requirements. These power transformers are currently in operation in several power utilities playing an important role in efficient transmission and distribution of electricity. In a power transformer, the losses should be low as the losses are one of the main parameter in a power transformer; therefore, we get transformers designed as per customer specified loss parameter or capitalization formula. We also supply power transformer for step up purpose like 6.6/11KV,11/33KV in this transformer the incoming low voltage in stepped up to a higher voltage level.
Furnace Transformer
The furnace transformers are featured with multiple ratio outputs for changing resistance loads. Our international quality furnace transformers are available in three-phase configuration. These furnace transformers are designed to take minimum advantage of various automated processes using the most cost effective materials available up to 5 MVA. We can supply furnace transformers with special arrangement of tappings to get a wide range of secondary voltage and LT Windings for large LT currents either with on load or off load tap changers. Further, we can supply and design for induction furnace, arc furnace, ladle furnace etc where typical secondary voltages are required. The main application of furnace transformer is in industries like silicon carbide supplying, steel plants, heat treatment and alumina supplying.
